1. General Membership Policy

1.1 Acceptance: Membership is filtered and granted solely at the discretion of Bakdor management. Payment of fees does not guarantee acceptance if the profile does not match our community standards.

1.2 Non-Transferable: The Membership Card is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the individual named on the card.

1.3 Validity: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Renewal is subject to annual review of member conduct and club usage.

2. Code of Conduct & Privacy (Zero Tolerance)

2.1 The Privacy Rule: To ensure the comfort of all high-profile guests, taking photos or videos of other guests is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Social Media: "What happens at Bakdor, stays at Bakdor." Any member found posting content that violates the privacy of others will face immediate membership revocation.

2.3 Behavior: We maintain a sophisticated environment. Loud, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or guests will result in immediate removal and permanent banning.

2.4 Dress Code: Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the dress code (Smart/Elegant) is not met, regardless of membership status.

3. Cardholder Privileges & Usage

3.1 Priority Access: Members receive priority booking for tables and events. However, reservations are highly recommended at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2 Guest Policy:

• Silver Members: May bring up to 4 guests.
• Gold Members: May bring up to 6 guests.
• Black Card: May bring guests as per reservation capacity.

Guests must arrive with the member. The member is responsible for their guests' conduct.

3.3 Discounts: F&B discounts (10-20% depending on tier) apply to the total bill when the cardholder is present and paying.

3.4 Bottle Lockers: Available for Gold and Black Card members. Unfinished bottles will be stored for a maximum of 3 months.

4. Partner Benefits

4.1 Members are entitled to added privileges with our partner network (hotels, automobile brands, apparel). These offers are subject to the terms of the respective partner companies.

5. Termination of Membership

5.1 Bakdor reserves the right to revoke membership without refund if a member:

• Violates the privacy policy (recording/photography).
• Behaves inappropriately towards staff or other patrons.
• Damages property.
• Attempts to transfer or sell their membership privileges.
